Can I convert my garage into an ADU?

Absolutely! You can convert your garage into an ADU. Depending on local regulations, you could potentially have two ADUs on your property, plus a garage conversion, offering multiple living or rental spaces.

Are ADUs built on a foundation or on wheels?

Our ADUs are built on a permanent slab foundation as the standard, but we can also construct them on raised foundations if necessary. As of now, some municipalities do not qualify homes on wheels as ADUs and are generally not permitted on properties, except in a few select areas.
