We typically will complete your build within approximately 6-8 months which is one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry.
Unlike many Casita builders, our units are built on site which allows you to get your Casita built minimal damage to your property. And, because we don't prefabricate our homes you aren't subject to delivery or craning fees which can cost as much as $60,000 extra!
Once completed our units are move in ready and completely finished! From painted walls an cabinets, to a stackable washer and dryer as well as fridge and stove, to being completely hooked up to all of your utilities, as soon as we are done, you can have tenants moved in!

Attached Casitas, sometimes called JADUs, are another great option if you want your Casita to blend into your house or if you don't have enough room in your backyard to build a detached Casitas. These Casitas share a wall with your main house, but are otherwise completely separate with a separate bathroom, kitchen, and living space!
Garage Conversions
Don’t have a lot of room on your property but have a detached or attached garage that you think would make a great living space? We can also help you completely transform your garage into a finished, functional, and fully legal Casita on your property. This is a great option for a small rental space or a space for a parent or child to live nearby but still have their own independent space!
Detached Casitas
Detached Casitas are the most popular options for Casitas right now as they give you the most privacy and can look the best on your lot. These are Casitas that are completely detached from your main home and can be up to 1,200 sq.ft depending on your location and the space you have available. We have several standard floorplans and designs for detached Casitas that you can use as well as fully custom options!
